Information we collect

When you create or connect an online account, we may process your username, email address, password authentication record, game progress, ranking statistics, inventory, and selected cosmetic items. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication and are not stored by Omega Crush in readable form.

When you play offline, game progress is stored locally on your device. If you later connect an account or sign in online, you can save that progress to your linked account.

How we use information

• To create and authenticate accounts.
• To save and restore game progress across devices.
• To display public ranking information such as username, level, stage progress, and Best Moves Score.
• To provide game features, customer support, and security.
• To show optional rewarded advertisements.

Service providers

Omega Crush uses Google Firebase for authentication, cloud storage, and hosting. Omega Crush may use Google AdMob or Google Ad Manager to provide advertisements. These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable laws.

Rewarded advertisements

Rewarded ads are optional. You receive an in-game reward only after an ad has completed successfully. Ads require an internet connection. Omega Crush does not sell or transfer your in-game coins or diamonds for real-world money.

Public rankings

If you use an online account, your chosen username and selected ranking information may appear on the public leaderboard. Your email address, password, and private account data are not displayed on the leaderboard.

Children

Omega Crush is designed as a family-friendly game. We do not knowingly request unnecessary personal information from children. Parents or guardians may contact us if they believe a child has provided personal information.

Data retention and deletion

We retain account and game data while it is needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your online account and associated cloud progress by contacting us at built4web@gmail.com. Offline data can be removed by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures and Firebase security controls to protect account and game data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or its services change. The latest version will always be available at this URL with a new update date.
